Aircraft data migration at ASL Airlines - OASES to AMOS

Situation

ASL Ireland is the first airline in the ASL group to migrate to their maintenance and airworthiness data into the future new single platform for the ASL group. After a rigorous selection process, ASL selected the MRO software system AMOS to serve as engine behind the future single ASL CAMO platform. Once the system was selected, this initiated the first airline, ASL Ireland, to migrate their airworthiness and maintenance data into the new system.

Solution

Critical path in this aircraft data migration exercise was the migration of airworthiness data from OASES to AMOS to the required acceptable level of data quality required by the AMOS system. Another critical point was the pre-alignment of data and establishing standards for all future ASL operators that are migrating to the ASL group AMOS system
